Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket to Country Roads Festival, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged due to a change in personal circumstances, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, illness, or failure to attend the event.

Weather

Country Roads Festival is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, wind, smoke, or other adverse weather, except where required by law.

The festival may delay, modify, suspend, or cancel performances or other activities where reasonably necessary for the safety of artists, staff, contractors, or attendees.

Artists & Schedule

Artists, performers, set times, schedules, attractions, and programming are subject to change without notice.

A change, substitution, cancellation, or inability to perform by any individual artist or headliner does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, provided the festival itself proceeds, except where otherwise required by law.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Country Roads Festival reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event times, programming, site layout, entrances, attractions, and other event details.

If the entire festival is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be advised of any refund or credit process applicable to their purchase, subject to the terms of the ticketing provider and applicable law.

Admission

A valid ticket is required for admission. Country Roads Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of festival policies. No refund will be provided where admission is refused or a guest is removed for violating these policies.

Lost, Stolen or Resold Tickets

Country Roads Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, counterfeit, or unauthorized resale tickets. Admission may be refused where a ticket has already been scanned or cannot be verified as valid.

Event Conditions

Ticket holders acknowledge that attendance at a live outdoor event involves ordinary risks associated with crowds, changing weather, amplified sound, uneven outdoor surfaces, and other conditions normally associated with festivals.

Attendees are responsible for following posted rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, and applicable laws while on festival grounds.

Photography & Recording

By entering the festival grounds, attendees acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may take place for promotional, archival, and media purposes, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

Purchase, possession, or use of a Country Roads Festival ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional policies communicated by the festival or its authorized ticketing provider.

Country Roads Festival reserves the right to update these terms where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Your tickets are being purchased from Country Roads Music Festival (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.

You may optionally provide your mobile phone number at some points while using our site to receive text messages. We only send text messages for the specific purposes listed on the consent screen and never for marketing purposes.
